      Great pay, amazing trainings, very professional leaders, fun bonuses that help morale, and helps build successful life patterns that apply to any field of work. Allows for work freedom during most of the year with the compensation from a normal year-long job

      Cons

      During the summer: Very emotionally, mentally, and physically demanding at times. Takes a lot of discipline.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
