      Everyone is so positive and energetic. It’s easy to become very passionate about this job and make life long friends.

      Cons

      Risk. It’s a hard job and not everyone makes it but if you give it your all, I truly believe anyone can do this job.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
