Great opportunity! - Route Manager Aptive Environmental Employee Review

Pros

You get what you work for. If you want good pay, work for it. No one can tell what you're worth per hour. The culture is phenomenal. The leaders care about your success. The entire training process is focused on an honest sales approach catered to the customer. My team was focused on helping each other reach their goals. Nothing shady or competitive (in a toxic sense) occurred.

Cons

Long hours, you have to work. A lot of my own money was spent on travel and supplies (iPad, Segway). It will not be reimbursed by the company. Rejection is more than 90% of this job.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
