      Great opportunity for money, best learning experience, great training, awesome like minded coworkers, make your own hours, gial Minded people and all hard workers. Great incentives, great commission and opportunity for growth. Work 4-6 months a year. Extremely competitive, and Hard work.

      Cons

      It will be a long hot summer but if you work your butt off it will be worth it for the rest of your life.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
