      Pros

      Great experience, lots of money, great people, the environment is good, overall best place I’ve ever worked and I plan on staying here for the rest of my life!

      Cons

      The only bad thing about the job is time you don’t have much of it after the work day but to have great things in life and if you are going to be successful your going to have to make sacrifices for me the next ten years is a small price to pay for what I am doing! But on the other hand if you just working during the summer from April-August you have the rest of the year off

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
