      Company Truck you get to take home Work Alone - Report to office 1-2 times a week Plenty of Opportunity for Overtime

      Cons

      Unrealistic Expectations from Management Little to no training- solutions situational dependent Management can control already overworked schedule at will Zero Work/Life balance - No benefit from taking the extra time to do a good job. Company just wants route completed, regardless of effort, as long as customers aren't complaining

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
