Pros

There are no pros; they promise everything at college recruiting centers only to back stab you. This company treats you just as bad as Amazon treats theirs. I feel like they have a bunch of fake reviews on here because there is no way all these negative sales reviews are on here and then 5/5 and only critique is long hours.

Cons

THEY WILL CANCEL ALL YOUR BACK PAY!!!!!! They are trying to build the company's numbers up to sell off just like the previous company. No one cares about route drivers or the sales people. Both are underpaid and overworked and they will just point to the contract and screw you. DON'T WORK HERE

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
