      lots of hours company truck housing for reduced rent

      Cons

      don't get paid for the long commute back home each day miscommunication day to day about expectations feels dishonest at times, when we still apply certain chemicals when we are not supposed to (in rain, etc)

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
