      They give you a work truck.

      Cons

      Lack of training. Lack of pay. They use a tracking app on YOUR PERSONAL phone that tracks you 24/7. They work you 50-60 hours per week!

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
