Grateful for your feedback. Retention is our #1 goal. We are aware that there are some limitations with customers and unqualified accounts. This is why it was so important to us to remind our reps of these changes many times throughout the summer of this new policy (specifically, if you sell a blue pin, you will not be paid out on it until July). *The good news is only 3% OF ALL ACCTS SOLD WERE BLUE PINS. On average, that’s about 5 blue pin accts per rep. If for some reason, you or your reps choose to sell a much higher proportion of blue pins, then yes, you would be affected more than the average rep.
