      Make your own hours, no ceiling to pay, exciting experience during work and outside of work.

      Cons

      For some commission based work could be a con but for most that have confidence in themselves and average to above average work ethic it is typically not a worry

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
