      Pros

      Aptive provides the opportunity to work along like minded individuals, that push you to be your best. The environment of working hard but also playing hard is evident here. The feeling of real accomplishment is a big reason why I love working here. But also get the fun gage filled while doing work. I know so many people that work just to get home to live their life. Aptive has created an environment that I love to be at each and every day.

      Cons

      It is a growing company and so like every growing company there are growing pains.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
