Let’s start why I don’t rate this a 5 star review. -1 star for the way we are overworked, no kind of “thank you” from the company and higher up don’t care what happens to us. -1 star for the lies we were told about raising our NPS, doing really good will decide our raise when they decided to turn around and give everyone the same 3% raise while everything increases in price. -1 star for all the scheduling issues that come back to blame us, all the wrong notes in the customers account, and “there’s nothing they can do about it” what a joke! -1 star for the way the higher ups in corporate talk down to everyone else. No respect! You can’t run a 10k race if you barely learn to run. Aptive! Learn from your mistakes! You’re trying to grow too fast and have to keep changing rules! You know how many times that lowers morale? Of course not! You’re not here in the branch to see your SP’s suffer….
