Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products
Cons
It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.

Regarding the Slack channel for tech questions, you can create a conversation thread by adding multiple members to one conversation or request the creation of a specific Slack channel through IT Support.
