      My experience with Aptive has been phenomenal. The support you have to help you grow is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and the company is very good at listening to the employee's needs. The incentives are a blessing. I'm very happy I chose to work with Aptive.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
