      Started out great good pay moved up fast

      Cons

      I actually broke out in a couple ash all over my body from stress. Had to miss a meeting for a doc apt for this and told them they said the meeting was more important and I was recovering from covid to! You get written up for other peoples mistakes and they walk away with nothing . They do not care about your mental health at all

      Aptive's Diversity and Inclusion Committee sponsored a lunch and learn in May that featured a panel of experts who discussed topics that included how to reduce stress, creating boundaries and helping loved ones with mental health difficulties and self-care. It was a great event and one that proved the company cares very much about mental health.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
