The new manager is on your case with daily reminders with how much you’re under. Problem though is they didn’t hire enough people. They want to over schedule services to make up for lost revenue in other places that are meeting target. That’s shady. They hire people that have no experience simply because they are friends or family of the person hiring. No room for growth of course if only you are a partner of someone higher up then you will make it far here. Manager is terrible at talking to people. We take screenshots of our work daily they don’t trust us at all
