      It was a great job bosses were always there to help either Berry Mike or our trainer Ed will always be there to answer questions

      Cons

      Long days 18 stops during the summer 12 hour days 615 am meetings one day a week you would have to drive down there working 6 days a week every other week pay not the best

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
