Cons

Management is a popularity contest for sales reps. No work/life balance Cheap products that don't work leads to upset customers Training is just slide shows of how much money aptive makes and stroking off the CEO.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
