The have some good ideas, they have some good people working there, when I first started there I was blown away with everything and the direction they were going but...,

Cons

awful execution of company plans, horrible communication all around from the internal to reaching out to the customers, always changing things and not for the better and never letting client know, hard to move in the company

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
