      Pros

      - learn to be an entrepreneur because they will blame you for operational mistakes! - great training on how to scan - great upward mobility if you recruit 30-40 guys - alpha region will brainwash you - great trips only if you return the year after - great for volume after you complain a few dozen times - Management will have your back as long as you recruit for them - no but seriously the technology used is great, it only crashes 3times per day! - the positive reviews are fabricated

      - super long hours - terrible service - inconsistent area managers - retention is 66% on avg - you will

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
