Absolutely no work/life balance. Management will squeeze you dry when it comes to getting work out of you. Working intense heat and heavy downpours (but that IS part of the business). $16/hr isn't much (this can be okay given all the bonus opportunities, but not everyone (myself included) received those opportunities. Sales crew aren't properly taught what Aptive does/doesn't treat. Often had to deescalate customer frustrations due to a misunderstanding. Communication was always stressed, but received no communication when reaching out. Will stress techs to "take their time" on houses to make sure everything is done properly, then stress for techs to speed up to meet the hourly rate goal in the same breath.
