Pros

Great learning experience, the opportunity to obtain state certification and get paid doing it. Great work experience, you learn you can make more money working with someone or starting your own company. You get a company vehicle and a gas card, you get free food often during meetings, and during training. You get free work uniforms, free hats. Automatic 30k life insurance policy, health Benefits.

Cons

You're treated like scum, you're spied on in your company vehicle with a camera that records audio and video. They don't honor the ADA of 1990. They force you with long hours or termination. You're worked to the bone. Id I mention they spy on you? Customers lie to get free reservice nearly getting good employees fired. Favored employees smoke weed while driving, run stop signs, My manager was younger than me and cta like he's better than everyone else and he doesn't respect other. He acts nice in a way but he's not.

Pros

Stepped Training & Weekly Classes: Management is great about not overwhelming you. We learn new technology one step at a time, and we have weekly team classes to make sure everyone has the information "down pat" before moving on. Veteran Mentorship: This company truly values experience. They lean on veteran technicians to walk new employees through every step of the process so they aren't left alone on a route until they are 100% comfortable. Customer Loyalty: Our "Reduced Risk" approach (using botanical-based pyrethrins and EPA-approved treatments) is high-quality. I’ve seen that even when customers leave for other options, they almost always come running back once they realize the value of our service. Collaborative Bonus Culture: We have monthly bonuses, and we actually help each other hit them. In our meetings, if one tech finds a better way to hit a goal, they share it so the whole "family" can maximize their earnings. Strong Communication: You are never on an island. There is constant contact and support between co-workers, supervisors, and manageme

Cons

Adapting to Change: The industry moves fast and the technology is always evolving. It takes a professional mindset to stay on top of the weekly classes and new mobile systems. Physical Energy: This is a high-energy field role. It requires daily stamina and a strong work ethic to manage the routes effectively and keep up with the pace.
