Pros

Job can be simple. Corporate is easy to talk to.

Cons

You are expected to answer calls whenever the sales people or technicians are out, basically sun up to sound down. You're expected to also be tied to your phone on Saturdays, most holidays, and even some Sundays, with access to your computer. Managers are also expected to run routes when corporate decides to do so. Given very tight guidelines to follow, which are sometimes impossible to achieve. Company only cares about making money and runs managers and service pros into the ground. Company also puches for everyone to leave reviews about "how much you love your job", and follows up via email if you don't participate.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
