Truly uncapped commissions, Great coworkers, Good Sales Training

Cons

You will be working long hard hours. Team meeting starts at 9 am and you work until 8-9 pm each night. That doesn't account for driving. If you don't hit your quota you will be sent home and will likely make nothing for the entire summer. If you are going to work this job, be ready to work.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
