      Horrible pay Under surveillance Scamming customers They do not care about what you’re going through I your personal life No chance of promotion Foul and offensive language used in meetings During the winter when business is slow expect to make hardly any money

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
