      - every stop is a new chance to help someone new - getting to work outdoors - leadership team is always available to assist any technician - this can be a career path

      Cons

      - some homeowners can get slightly intense - overcoming obstacles/ objections may be challenging at first but will gradually become easier as time passes

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
