They will over work you , under pay you , and when they feel they have no need for you they will find a reason to let you go . They will pick and choose when to follow the rules . For example , I was fired for picking up my daughter in the company vehicle which my OM knew about , but once it was time to cut their losses I was the first to go and because they couldn’t fire me because of my work ethic he used me picking up my daughter as a reason for termination even though a week prior he authorized me to take the company vehicle to come to Christmas party where I was allowed to drink and then drive the vehicle home . Me losing my job almost made me lose my home and he knew I was a single father of 3 . The Sales team should be investigated for unethical practices , forging signatures on yearly contracts , and outright lying to and manipulating customers to get new sales and APTIVE KNOWS AND ALLOWS IT!!
