You do get all they overtime you want I’ve worked 135 hours for 2 weeks

Cons

They don’t teach you how to upgrade people properly. And when you find a way to upgrade they say it’s wrong and fire you without warnings or a coaching. Don’t get sick or have a family tried to put sick / bereavement time and and they tell you no

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
