Pros

I have worked in Aptive Environmental since 2017. Aptive is a university that teaches how to accomplish service, leadership and business skills. Aptive has a good working environment, I have had 5 Managers in my career and communication and motivation has been excellent. It helps me maintain a working standard and set goals that challenge me everyday.

Cons

Long hours during summer time but they give overtime and you can work at your own pace.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
