Pros

You get all holidays off VTO is offered Opportunity to grow Amazing managers Decent pay with bonuses Awardco

Cons

Kept switchin up their policies which caused a lot of confusion between customers and employees. Laid us off even they “reassured” they weren’t replacing us with a third party call center. Horrible salesman. lied to their customers and customers are stuck in a contract and forced to pay $200 to cancel early.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
