Pros

Good pay, great bonuses, great opportunity for growth, great leadership, always set up for success.

Cons

Some service pros don’t try their best so you would pay the consequences, sometimes you may temporarily get a not so great vehicle while yours gets serviced, sometimes customers can be very mean simply because they don’t want to pay for services they signed up for.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
