      Aptive is a company with both heart and hustle. I’ve worked in a few different industries, and I can confidently say Aptive is one of the most dynamic and values-driven places I’ve been part of. Leadership isn’t just focused on growth for the business—they’re genuinely invested in the growth of the people here, too. There’s a clear vision, strong leadership, and a lot of autonomy to make an impact.

      Cons

      Fast growth means fast pace. If you're someone who needs a lot of structure or doesn't do well with change, this might be a tough environment. But for the right person, it’s a career rocket ship.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
