Positive work environment Room for growth Helpful and dedicated from the top down including CEO COO Working for Aptive also allows you the opportunity to earn and all inclusive paid trip for you and a plus 1. These trips are absolutely amazing and having been a recipient every year they have done this im please to say they are always a blast.

Cons

Don't really have a negative thing to say. From Fellow technicians to the management and everyone above them, they are so friendly, kind and helpful. Really is like a family.

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
