      Company truck and phone. Independent. Work outside. Good incentives. Pto and benefits are good too

      Cons

      Long hours in the summer and in the winter the hours are much shorter. It is hard to get 40 hours in the winter. Every other Saturday is mandatory in summer which gets to be tiresome with the long days already.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
