The sales force works as a pyramid scheme, taking young kids, using them to lie to make sales, and the top rep gets commission off of every sale that kid makes. These kids end up going home early half the time because they can't afford the rent that Aptive takes from their checks for the luxury apartments they put them in, and if you suck at sales, you can't afford to stay and continue to sell for them. This place is managed by the MLM capital of the universe, and they will work you to death and give you a 12 cent raise every year. Joke of a company.
