Pros

management, supervisors, pms are great, helpful, respectful nice location to commute try to maximize pay usually a good mix of leadership at the local level and good backing at the HQ level Recruiters are great, really try to get you hired and most of them have a lot of experience which is important They're trying hard to increase share in non-Microsoft markets

Cons

As a contractor/consultant, they seem to be pretty tightly focused: if you're a content person (editor, writer) you could have lots of opps - technical side, not so hot. Seem to be slow to understand Microsoft's changing contractor strategy. They're still trying to increase share in non-Microsoft markets

Pros

Some nice intelligent educated coworkers

Cons

Lack of transperancy, job placement wages stagnant for over 5 years with no raise, after finishing multiple contracts and bringing them thousands of dollars with my labor, no follow up on new positions. Finally contacted me about one position I would be perfect for then ghosted me. Blatant ageism using words like "junior" or "great position for recent grad". Had one horrific experience with them where they reached out to me to work on a team that loved me/loved my work - when I inquired if there was any flexibility in the pay, was suddenly told I wasn't qualified. Then I see the same listing reposted as "junior" and great for a recent grad.
