They Lie, and they are extremely unprofessional! It's taken me more than 3 years to get a job with Vitamin T which is absolutely absurd. In the past, there have been multiple jobs that I fit the description EXACTLY, the jobs would have been an absolute perfect match! Lately, I was told that I was submitted for a few different positions at different companies, when I asked what the other one was, they responded, "Oh, I don't have that in front of me right now, even though they were right in front of their computer and could have looked up my info!" I know how staffing agencies work they have access to all of my information if they just look it up! She then responded, "well I have another call coming in, I'll send that name of the other company over to you via email today" and I'm still waiting for that email from a week ago. Needless to say, I don't think she's planning on sending it over, because she lied to me.
Vitamin T has continually also emailed me about immediate positions that they are needing to have filled. Nearly every time I get back to them that same day, they say, "Oh I'm sorry we've already filled that position with a senior level candidate." Seriously???? You managed to fill the position on the same day that you're reaching out to people about it???!! More lies!
Stop playing with people's emotions and just be honest and tell people that your lack of integrity of a company and immoral values means that you will not have any jobs available to potential candidates and they should seek employment elsewhere!
