Pros

none that I can think of....oh yeah. You can wear jeans. Which is awesome in a sense of while you're sweating to make your numbers in the awful FTE structure, you can wear jeans.

Cons

The influx of 5 star reviews on here the past two years is embarassing. There was a huge internal push for current employees to post a positive score so the companies' overall score will increase. Just look at the reviews...all from similar locations and within the same time frame. What a joke. This place is a churn and burn company masquerading as one that cares. In my training class, we had 17 people. There are ZERO left right now.

Let's start at the bottom. Susie really does care, and not just about numbers. I'm disappointed to read this and know that I give every opportunity possible for anyone at all to provide feedback to me, and I have not heard any of the above from you directly :( There's not one Vitamin T review on Glassdoor that is "false", concocted or coerced, and as with every company who cares about their online presence, we do encourage reviews. I am proud of our staff and the customers we work with and thankful that they care enough to provide feedback. Should you wish to provide any specifics to help us improve, please do not hesitate to contact me at shall@vitamintalent.com or 323 475 7374.

Pros

Some nice intelligent educated coworkers

Cons

Lack of transperancy, job placement wages stagnant for over 5 years with no raise, after finishing multiple contracts and bringing them thousands of dollars with my labor, no follow up on new positions. Finally contacted me about one position I would be perfect for then ghosted me. Blatant ageism using words like "junior" or "great position for recent grad". Had one horrific experience with them where they reached out to me to work on a team that loved me/loved my work - when I inquired if there was any flexibility in the pay, was suddenly told I wasn't qualified. Then I see the same listing reposted as "junior" and great for a recent grad.
