Pros
Everything.
Seriously. I've taken some time to read the negative reviews here and I do have to say this: you will not be hand held, or spoon fed. If you want to do well, you have to work hard and hit the ground running. If you're lazy and entitled, then maybe this isn't for ya!
I absolutely adore working here. For the first time in a very long time I wake up Mondays excited to go to work. My team is fantastic, and my manager has my back 100% of the time. I know, it all sounds cookie-cutter, but you can't make this stuff up.
If you struggle with your numbers they'll coach you - and the metrics are more than achievable. I have never had a day of staffing before I started and I never struggle with the metrics.
I came to my interview with purple hair and my tattoos out - and I figured I would get pushback since Aquent/Vitamin T is such a large corporation - instead, my diversity and creativity was celebrated.
The pay is outstanding, the benefits are even better. Unlimited time off (some had the nerve on here to complain about that, somehow?!) All kinds of work perks. An amazing office. A Macbook Air to take home and use as you please. I mean, how much better can it get?
I want to be Susie Hall's best friend. She's the president of the company and she's always available - and if you ever need an energy boost, just listen to her speak.
I may sound like a complete kiss-up but this is the truth - I'm extremely happy here.
Cons
You'll like it so much you wouldn't want to leave. Seriously, no cons.
