Cons
I was a District Associate Manager, and to put it bluntly, the lack of work-life balance is the "Elephant In The Room" that this company fails to address (other than, perhaps, the unethical standards set forth when increasing prices on current customers). Other than putting in anywhere from 55-60 hours during a typical M-F work week, I was required to be "on call" on weekends in the event one or more of our customers ran out of linen or what have you. I understand wanting to provide exemplary service to a customer base, but some responsibility should fall on the customer to make sure their inventories are adequate in advance of initiating a last-minute request from their supplier. This company basically burns you out to the point where you just can't take it anymore, making getting a job for less money or getting fired seem like a blessing, and I know for a fact I am not alone in this sentiment.
