Pros

A great company to start your career in. If you are smart, competent and a hard worker, you can easily move up within the company. If you work best independently and enjoy making a position your own, this is a fantastic place for you (as long as you can deal with lower compensation).

Cons

They are very stingy with money. No matter how hard you work or how good your work, you will never get a raise over 1% at the site levels. This is because people at head office decide your raise when they have no idea who you are or care about the work you do. They will also have you work multiple positions as you move in the company so they can save money, stating they are looking for someone to fill your old position it’s just hard to find someone (which finally happens over a year later for some). Will give you a workload that should be shared between two people. Finally, little to no training is provided for any of their roles - it is very much a sink or swim situation.

Pros

Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

Cons

Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
