Pros

Job security as long as you don't mind 12 to 15 hour days with no OT pay

Cons

No work life balance. 12 hour days are the norm. Micromanagement is a way of life but managers are clueless as to what the drivers are really being asked to do. Unrealistic expectations from managers that couldn't care less about the workers

Pros

Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

Cons

Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
