Pros
Could have somewhat of a flexible schedule...when staffing was half-decent.
Cons
Management changed, and upper management promoted over-working the under-staffed staff. Led to errors that staff was blamed for (that's what happens when people get worked 10 hours per day for 7-8 days straight). Your opinion is rarely considered in any decision making that directly involves you , your job or your mobility within the company
