Pros
Great company to work for. Most people at Aramark are very nice, are hard workers and do not cause any problems. Most of the users we supported were very nice and easy to deal with. This company can be a really nice place to work if you land the right managers!
Cons
Executives are a bunch of idiots who don't respect anyone unless others kiss their stupid asses. Management for the help desk team was a joke! Very immature and with the mentality of a 3 year old. The supervisor was not any better either. Between that whack job manager and the supervisor, it created a toxic dynamic within the department. They protected people there who should not have been hired in the first place and they decided to overlook when such people made grave mistakes that warranted a firing! Bottom line, they never cared about us as people! They only care about their status in this company! Highly distasteful was my experience there. Their sick time policy sucks! Super ridiculous!
