Pros

One free meal per shift. That is literally the only good thing. Nothing else.

Cons

Management is in total disarray, serious lack of communication between management personnel and poor information sharing with other staff. Rosters keep changing without the knowledge of staff. Different rules apply for staff members who are doing the same job at the same level. Management is snappy and rude and it is expected off the staff to be on constant beck and call in case they might decide to move your shifts around how they please without consulting or asking you. Staff are being called back in the middle of their holidays to cover shifts. They are overworked, underpaid, frustrated and unhappy. It is truly not a nice company to work with.

Pros

Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

Cons

Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
