Pros
They are a well known company and have many branches where one can increase their abilities while still being able to work for the same company. They do have good benefits for their full-time employees.
Cons
Many of the decisions from upper management does not make sense because many of those people have never actually worked in food service as the worker and not as in management. To have the experience to back their reasoning for many things. I have worked for 6 years with the company in business dining. I have completed my Bachelor's degree; I have been trying to get a job in the corporate office and have not even hear back. I was full time for 5 years and recently was cut back to part-time, pay per hour decreased, job changed, and lost benefits and some vacation/sick time. But wasn't able to get a job at another location to increase hours, they wouldn't consider me for location manager even with my manager's recommendation.
