Pros
I love the fact that they are very up front with their expectations, and really let you know what they except from you. I have been working here for 5 months now, and while I work very hard, everything that they had told me before I was hired has been so. The guys that have negativity towards the company, from what I have seen, are the guys that aren't willing to do there job. Those are the guys that want to cut corners, but before you are hired they let you know what you will be doing, so it confuse me that guys complain so much after they have been hired that now the company is holding to them to there job's. I have found work life balance has been excellent, again if you do your job, you will have no problems with Aramark. It will be quite the opposite, you will love working here. I have found it a great place to work where if you do your job everyone will help you. THE GRASS WAS GREENER FOR E COMING TO THIS COMPANY
