Pay is good. Weekends off. 401k and health insurance is good. The paychecks are still clearing the bank. Creating relationships with customers.
Cons
Company is in a very fast downward spiral. There is absolutely no quality control from production. Management wonders why we are losing so much business. It's quite simple, we are charging OUTRAGEOUS prices and delivering a horrible product. Who would want to stay with us? Management focuses on everything BUT customer service. It's all about numbers, except retention numbers. I have witnessed customers pricing quadruple in price in just 6 months of signing a 5 year contract with us. Customers don't trust us anymore. How can they plan and forecast for their business when they have no clue what the next Aramark bill is going to be?
