Pros
The pay is good and can be great if you have team that is successful otherwise it is a grind.
Cons
High Stress, Teamster Union, No support, Poor Production facilities, Too many mistakes with customer invoices, new client orders, company thinks clients should except 3-4 increases per year and never complain, route turnover high, no manager teamwork, sales rep lie to prospective clients to make sales and than service is stuck trying to correct. This has been the method of operations for quite sometime only changes are GM's come and go every couple of years so you are always rerolling your business plan.
